- 4 eggs
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups pecans
- 1 box Walkers gluten free shortbread
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a bowl, crush the shortbread then stir in 4 tablespoons of butter
- Press the shortbread crust into a pie pan
- Meanwhile, mix the eggs, maple syrup, 6 tablespoons melted butter, sugar, salt, and ½ cup crushed pecans
- Pour filling over the shortbread crust
- Top with remaining 1 cup pecans
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
